Free Firewood Delivery

At Nene Valley Firewood, we offer free firewood delivery on all orders over £80 throughout Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Warwickshire, Rutland, and parts of Cambridgeshire.

Our dedicated fleet of delivery vans ensures your kiln-dried firewood arrives quickly, safely and in excellent condition, ready to burn straight away. Whether you’re ordering hardwood logs for a wood-burning stove, open fire or outdoor fire pit, we provide flexible delivery options, friendly customer service and no hidden charges.

Firewood Delivery Options

We offer free local delivery across our core regions, with premium next-day, 2-day and Saturday delivery options available. Our friendly local team will contact you ahead of delivery to agree on a convenient time slot, ensuring a smooth service from order to delivery. Customers ordering loose cubic metres can also take advantage of our free stacking service.

Standard Delivery | FREE

All orders over £80 qualify for our free local delivery.  Orders under £80 will incur a £12 delivery fee. We aim to deliver in 2 – 4 working days. In our busisest seasons it can take longer but we always keep you up to date.

Next Day Delivery | £40

If you have been caught short, we do offer a premium next day delivery for a fee of £40. As long as you place your order by 4pm, we will arrange to get your logs to you the very next. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

2 Day Delivery | £20

Another option for when you need to gurantee your logs to be delivered quickly is our premium 2 day delivery. This options is £20 and we will guarantee delivery within 2 working days. Again, this exculdes weekends and bank holidays.

Saturday Delivery | £20

We don’t usually deliver on weekends, so if you need it on a Saturday you can select this option. These orders must be placed by 4pm on the Thursday before to ensure the delivery.

Saturday Collection | FREE

Any firewood collection must be arranged and paid for before hand. We do have a discounted product speficially for collection with a trailer. Oher items are available for collection but please call to arrange with office.

Standard Dedciated Delivery Day | FREE

We want to make delivery as conveninet as possible for you so if there is a day in advance that works for you, we can book you in. This selected day can’t be within our standard 2 – 4 working day delivery time.

From the moment you place your order, our team works hard to ensure your kiln-dried firewood arrives on time and exactly where you need it.

Our local firewood delivery service is built around clear communication and customer convenience. We carefully plan our delivery routes for maximum efficiency and will contact you before delivery to confirm a suitable time slot, giving you complete peace of mind and ensuring you’re never left wondering when your logs will arrive.

  • Place Your Order – Order your kiln-dried firewood online or over the phone, and we’ll add it to our delivery schedule.

  • We Plan Our Delivery Routes – We try to organise our delivery vans as efficiently as possible by area while also prioritising customers based on order date. This helps us provide a reliable and efficient delivery service.

  • We’ll Contact You – When your delivery has been scheduled, we’ll give you a call or send a text message to confirm a convenient two-hour delivery slot for the following day. We will never deliver without your approval unless you have specifically requested otherwise.

  • Your Firewood Is Loaded & Dispatched – Your order is carefully loaded onto one of our own delivery vans and transported directly to your property by our experienced team.

  • Delivery Day – Our driver will knock on the door or ring the bell on arrival to confirm where you would like your logs left.

  • We’ll Place Your Logs Where You Need Them

    • Loose cubic metre loads will be stacked by our driver at your property.
    • All other firewood products will be left on your driveway or placed in a garage, shed, or other outbuilding where vehicle access allows.

  • Ready to Burn – Your kiln-dried logs are delivered ready to use, so you can enjoy clean, efficient burning firewood straight away.

Firewood Delivery Made Easy

At Nene Valley Firewood, we make firewood delivery simple, reliable and convenient across our local delivery area. All of our kiln-dried firewood products are delivered directly to your property, ensuring a hassle-free service from start to finish.

If you choose our loose cubic metre firewood, this will be delivered and stacked free of charge at your property in a suitable log store, garage or outbuilding where access allows. Please note that we do not stack firewood inside houses. If you would like to discuss specific stacking requirements, please contact us on 01327 829529 and our team will be happy to help.

All other kiln-dried firewood products are delivered to your driveway as standard. Where safe access is available, and if our delivery van can reverse close to a garage or outbuilding, we can also place your firewood inside for added convenience. With our professional local firewood delivery service, you can expect efficient handling, careful placement and high-quality Ready to Burn logs delivered exactly where you need them.
