- Log into your existing NVF account or if you haven’t got an account you can make one on the NVF website. Watch Out: The registration email can sometimes end up in the spam/junk folder of your inbox, so be sure to double-check them.
- When in your account, click on the ‘Refer a Friend’ tab.
- The best way to ‘Refer a Friend’ is by sharing your unique link via email. Enter your friend’s email address and name, and we will send them a link to our website. When your friend clicks on the link, the 5% coupon will automatically be taken off their basket as long as the total is more than £80.
- Remind your friend to add the ‘Village2024’ discount code at the checkout to get a 15% saving.
- Once your friend has ordered their firewood, you will be sent a unique code that can be applied at the checkout to give you 5% off your order.
- Then add ‘Village2024’ in combination to save another 10%.
- Sit back and relax, knowing your firewood is ordered in time for the winter chills!

- Order before June 15th to secure the discount
- Orders can be placed over the phone or on our website
- All items must be paid for at time of order
- Free local delivery on orders over £80
- Deliveries will be made from now until the end of July.
- Premium deliveries will not be available if you use the ‘Village2024’ discount code
- Delivery slots will be arranged with you as usual
- ‘Village2024’ can be used in conjunction with our ongoing bulk discounts only
- Do not use the code if you need your logs in the usual 3 – 5 working days.
- To access the extra 5% refer a friend discount, your friend must have placed their order first.
- Referral codes are subject to our approval
- If you haven’t managed to use your refer a friend code you can still access your 5% discount after June 15th in your account.
